A deposit for one-half of the total fee is due at time of booking. Reservations will be held on a verbal basis for up to 5 days to give your deposit time to arrive via mail. Payment in full is due no later than 30 days prior to the first day of departure. We accept check, money order and cash. Credit cards may be used via our PayPal account, contact us for details if you wish to use this option.

Cancellations received 30 days prior to the fist day of departure will receive a full refund. If notice of cancellation is received less than 30 but not more than 15 days prior to scheduled departure date that chartering party will receive a 50% refund of all fees. Trip cancellations received less than 15 days prior to departure will not receive a refund.
